VFP1600 Vertical Insulating Glass Flat Pressing Produce Line

Introduction
VFP1600 vertical insulating glass flat-pressing production line is specially designed for producing insulating glass with aluminum spacers. It can produce the double glazing with the same size, the double glazing with different size, three-layer glass, abnormity insulating glass and curtain wall. This insulating glass line adopts the imported electrical parts and sensor. This insulating glass flat-pressing production line is controlled by PLC program to realize frequency stepless speed control.

Features
1. Washing section of this insulating glass line is equipped with tension bridle device to fit the requirement of high speed.
2. The overall structure of air knife, guiding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying of thick or thin glass.
3. This insulating glass flat-pressing production line can be upgraded and expanded according to users' requests.
4. This insulating glass line has the self-diagnosis function, which is easy for checking errors.
