IGV25 vertical insulating glass production line (flat press mode) is quite popular in the production of hollow glass. The automatic insulating glass machine has a unique design of two boxes to enable the two pieces of glass to bind into one at one time. It adopts the imported low-voltage electric apparatus component and sensor. It also adopts touching screen, which is easy to operate and shows dynamic display of the operation and trouble situation. This vertical insulating glass production line can produce large and small scale insulating glass. Equipped with PLC, the insulating glass machine can control the whole operation automatically.
Features
1. The roller adopts the bridge type structure, which can avoid the roller sinking after having worked for a long time.
2. IGV25 vertical insulating glass production line is controlled by punctuated system which is energy-saving. The inspecting and combining speed up when other non operating parts are in intelligent dormancy state.
3. This insulating glass machine can recognize the low-e glass automatically. So it can protect the low-e glass from scratching.
4. Cleaning part is made up of stainless steel. Three pairs of brushes can work separately.
