LFX2-300×100 PVC Profile Double Axis Copy Router

Introduction
LFX2-300×100 PVC profile double axis copy router is mainly applied for processing water slot, pulley groove, lock hole, hardware hole and other grooves. This copy routing machine is made up of vertical milling cutter, horizontal milling cutter, copy routing pole, operation pole, machine body, pneumatic system and electric system. With different copy routing plates, this double axis copy router can process different types of grooves.

With high-speed cutting of 12000r/min and pneumatic impacting, this copy routing machine can work in vertical and horizontal directions continuously with high productivity and reliable performance. Controlled by the operation pole, the copy routing feeler moves along the hole on the double axis copy router, and drives it to mill. The feeler pole has the same diameter with the milling cutter, so the copy routing machine can mill in the scale 1:1, making the groove as large as the hole in the copy routing plate.

Service
1. Lantoky provides one year guarantee time. During the warranty period, we supply free repair for PVC profile double axis copy routers. But for some wearing parts, such as milling cutter, saw blade, electromagnetic valve, belt and chain, the express fee should be paid by the buyer.

3. If our customers need our company to send engineers to test machines and to train their workers, they should pay for our engineers' round trip tickets, board and lodging during testing and teaching, and subsidy USD 40 per day.
