TCC300A Two Component Coating Machine
Introduction
TCC300A two component coating machine is a special machine spreading two-component polysulphide sealant when making aluminum groove type insulating glass and curtain wall glass. Controlled by no-touch-point electric control system, this two component sealant extruder is smooth to run, flexible and reliable to change direction, and continuous and stable to extrude sealant. The main and auxiliary pumps are activated by hydraulic lubrication oil and compressed air. Lantoky two component coating machine also adopts imported parts to ensure its coating quality. Featuring high efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, this two component sealant extruder becomes one of the most important equipment to make insulating glass and curtain wall glass.
Working Principle
Two component coating machine is an automatic equipment specially used to overlay coating material on surface of the products automatically. Coating material is fed into the glue tube by compressed air, and then it is coated on the products by program control according to the pre-set route.
